Path2Work is a free program that assists adults (18+) with developmental disabilities to better understand their learning style and useful strategies in order to secure and maintain meaningful employment. the program includes the development of an employment action plan, followed by six weeks of employment skills workshops, job search support and job coaching.

Through these workshops, participants are equipped with tools to enhance their skills and transition into employment. In addition they will benefit from hands-on learning and on-the-job coaching. Our team assists clients with finding suitable employment, educating employers and support with implementing appropriate workplace accommodations.

ASD Job Readiness Program: Specialized coaching for job seekers with autism

Specifically designed for individuals with ASD between the ages of 18 and 30 years, this strength-based program will lead you to employment and work environments so you can do your best work. Services include an eight week workshop series to develop your job readiness skills, weekly one-on-one sessions, a work experience placement for up to 14 weeks, on site job coaching and job retention workshops.

the program is highly structured, and provides participants with eight weeks of employment workshops three times a week that focus on topics like workplace communication, employer interactions, workplace behavior, and self-advocacy. Throughout the program, participants attend weekly one-on-one counselling sessions with our Workforce Specialists to set and achieve goals, and to support them in their transition into work. The Workforce Specialist guides participants in determining areas of interest for employment, then provides on the job coaching to ensure a successful paid work placement for up to 14 weeks.

Project Job Search (PJS): 416 787-1151 ext. 271, employment counselling and coaching, skills assessment, assistance with resume writing, interview skills, self-marketing, networking, communication and work maintenance skills, job matching and job development.

Specialized Assessments: psycho-vocational assessments for adults.

Youth Community Choices for Success: for youth 18-23 with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and developmental disability, vocational planning, work experience development, job coaching, basic life skills workshops.
